I will enjoy the GREAT OUTDOORS with my toddler and dog. It is a beautiful fall day and we will rake leaves and play outside. I also enjoy having a clean and organized home so I will tidy up to bring calmness to our space. And finally I will spend Sunday visiting family to share a visit and nice homemade healthy meal together.

Workout with the local boot camp outside on the Mountain. I will pull the garden on Sunday to get my upper body exercises.

Go to the gym at 7 am both Saturday and Sunday to beat the weekend crowd. Treadmills are empty on Saturday and the weight room is all mine early Sunday morning.

I am going to purchase an popcorn popper, and a bunch of veggies and fruit to kick off some clean eating. I am hoping to break through my mental block to finish up some work for a client. Still trying to shake this respiratory infection. Looking forward to feeling better.

I'm trying a Zumba class today...I'm more of a "boot camp" sort of girl, but thought I'd mix it up some for fun.

I will spend a part of my Saturday doing weekend work so I can take it easy on Sunday and have fun with my family. I will also plan my nutrition and training for my first week of my ECD challenge, this will give me something to look forward to!
