The feeling of accomplishment and the example it sets for my 8 children. I love the feeling after a serious workout!

After I work out, I feel like I'm walking taller, I smile more and I am full of energy. Unfortunatly, my eating is not there yet...it's coming!
I will not give up!

I love feeling comfortable moving around without pain in my joints! In the last few years I have succeeded in moving back the clock through eating clean and exercise! I'm 59 and feeling fine! ;-)

The way my body is responding so positively in so many ways! My taste has changed too. At first I didn't think plain oats among other things tasted so good; now everything has appeal and I love eating healthfully!
