ATG Squats. I have to admit, I do lunges and deadlifts but these squats take the most out of me and give me the most in return. They are difficult and challenging and I have to push through them and I always feel the best when they are done. They always make me feel so strong and capable and amazing and I hurt for days afterwards. They are my go-to exercise. I love them!

I got off my regular schedule and training for a while, so lately I've been taking a bunch of classes at the gym to get back into a routine; barbell/step 3x , core (all with stability ball) 1x, bootcamp 1x and barre fusion 1x a week. That way I'm hitting the whole body and getting my cardio in, while working out 6 days a week. Need to incorporate some running since I'm slated to do my first 10K in a few months.

Always warm up first for 10-15 minutes cardio then weight work.

I always have some kind of cardio with each workout after my weight work. My favorite is intervals on the stepmill at level 20 for 40 seconds and then level 8 for 40 seconds. I'm up to 10 minutes at this pace. After the intervals, its 20-30 minutes at level 12 at aerobic or fat burner setting.

If the stepmill is occupied, I'll make my way to the treadmill and work hill repeat intervals. 1 minute run at 10, 1 minute job at 5.5, incline at 15-18 for 1 minute, walk 1 minute at 3.5 and repeat for 30 minutes. If I don't feel like running then I'll have the incline to 30. Very intense.

I never do the same thing in one week. Each day is different. Just to mix it up and have fun.
