Definately Tosca! She is an amazing person. She knows exactly how to balance everything in her life from work, family, working out etc. Very ethusiastic about what her convictions are. I admire that.

I would love to spend the day with one of two people... First and foremost, Tosca Reno. I have learned so much from her through her books and website. I would love the opportunity to spend time one on one not only to learn more, but to tell her how much I owe her for much of what I have achieved in my fitness and weight loss journey.Second, I would love to spend a day with Pauline Nordin of fighterdiet.com. She is a bit extreme, but that is what keeps her ripped 365 days a year... She is an inspiration to me as to what I could achieve with dedication and perseverance!

Well I like Cathe Friedrich because she's closer to my age and she' gets involved in all her exercise programs which is very inspiring. Jamie Eason - she's very beautiful and she shows that hard work really pays off. I know it's two people but it's hard to choose just one....

I have to say that my first pick would be Zuzana Light! She was my first inspiration for eating clean and because of her, I found Tosca! I never knew I could fill my day with delicious food that would help me loose weight and feel so good about myself. To top it off, I get the support of 2 of the most BEAUTIFUL, INTELLIGENT, SUCCESSFUL women I have ever seen! (and the countless others men & women who are also on this journey). Thanks for all you both do to keep us healthy and aware of how food changes lives!

Well clearly Tosca, she has achieved what many of us are working toward. It would be interesting to experience life as it will be when we reach our goals and truly feel happy with ourselves.

I think an obvious answer is Tosca Reno! I absolutely love all the wonderful, proactive things she's done to keep the Eat Clean trend going! Nevertheless, I might have to go with Jillian Michaels, because right now she's really focussed on the mental/emotional components of holistic wellness, and that's my area!

Jamie Eason, love her attitute and outlook on life, and she is simply beautiful inside and out....And Tosca Reno, a true inspiration. I have been eating clean for 1 1/2 years before I knew it was called Eating Clean. 85.5lbs lost and have completely transformed my body to a new shape.
