I've been informed by my trainer/coach that I'm doing pistol squats tomorrow... not gonna lie... I'm a little scared. LOL!

Have a feeling I will be trying a LOT of new things this week. I'm starting to work out with a trainer on Friday... He's a huge bodybuilding marine that does a lot of boot camp stuff! I'm a little scared, but excited because all of "his girls" look awesome!
