Morning. I like to get up, get dressed and eat my egg whites and a delicious hearty bowl of oatmeal with berries, flax and cinnamon yum!!! My gym is the perfect distance to allow my breakfast to digest, so I'm ready for an energized workout!

Second thing in the morning.....ha.ha....then attack the gym with a focused agenda.Well, really walk in slowly thinking about my day...after getting pumped up with loud music in the parking lot. "If it's important, you will do it!" In fact...while I'm writing this, I'm wearing my new NIKE shirt which says: "STILL DOING IT!"Enjoy the journey to a NEW and IMPROVED YOU!

Evening workouts all the way! My job is very stressful at times, so by the end of the day I look forward to taking out all of my anger and frustrations with weights and cardio!

4:00am!!!! I love the feeling of getting my body energized for the day ahead. I need it - I work full time and am a mommy to a 15mth old and a 3 year old. Getting it done early not only makes me feel fabulous, but does not allow me to make excuses for later in the day NOT to workout. Plus, I also love that I don't have to wait for any equipment since the gym is not so crowded!

Light headed*
Evening cuz I have more energy. Would love to workout in the morning before the kids get up but I tend to get lightened and sick and feel I can't get as good of a workout.
