I learned a long time ago, lead by example. I'm sure many years ago people never imagined man on the moon. Yet we were there. With a little preseverence, and hard work, you can accomplish anything. While homeschooling my children, and reading about people who went West to find new land, I realized how terrible and difficult their journey was. I also think of HOW much they must have wanted change to leave most of their valuables, belongings, family, friends, and home behind. When you want something bad enough, you're willing to experience trials, cross treacherous streams, climb high mountains, fight wild animals, give up comforts of home and suffer hunger. The Eat Clean Diet is not a treacherous journey, it a wonderful way to accomplish a better life. The pioneers wanted a better life when they journeyed to the West. I want to be healthy, and what may seem treacherous to onlookers is a wonderful journey to a new and better life. Can you imagine what the pioneers thought when they finally saw the magnificent Rocky Mountains, streams, beautiful prairies? I see a beautiful healthy woman on my journey... and that's what I'll continue to see throughout my life of eating and living clean!
