I have recently begun yoga classes, wonderful ideal. Thanks Tosca, a suggestion I took from one of your books. I feel relaxed and energized, ready to tackle anything that comes my way.

I love to enjoy a glass of red wine with my husband on the back patio. We've entered the nice part of the year here in AZ and the evenings are perfect for decompressing after a stressful day. It's like my whole being just relaxes and says, "Ahhhhhh."

I enjoy going to the gym and then following it up by sitting in the hot tub and taking a warm shower afterwards. Then it's time to go home and eat a pre made clean meal.

I love going to the gym after a long day at work and then going home to a nice cool shower, jumping into my pjs and have my dog lay right beside my while I watch a good movie. This is a great way for me to de-stress.

I rush to the gym so I can see my workout friends and get into the drop in classes. Such a great de-stresser. If it's a treat day, then it's a movie or book and a glass of white wine! And if I'm lucky and my fiancee is in town, he gives great massages, including foot massages. Makes me fall asleep.

Right now I'm participating in the Namaste November Challenge being hosted by the Fitnessista (www.fitnessista.com) --- My goal is to do at least 20 mins per day to help de-stress after a hectic day at the office. A glass of vino and a good movie works wonders too!!
