Being vego, I have to scrutinise any restaurant menu or party food anyway, but I just try to choose the cleanest possible vego option. I'll usually put in a harder training sesison beforehand so that, if I do have a treat when out, it won't do my head in too much.

i always try to plan ahead and know what i am going to order so i don't have to look at the menu when i am hungry and perhaps weaken my resolve. i will look on line to see if they have a menu and read the nutritional information ahead of time and decide then, not when i am overly hungry.

Sorry, this is totally off the subject but I cannot find another place to ask. How do I change my password?

I order my meal with no seasoning or butter, stay away from the breads & starches and drink water. Meat and veggies are served most anywhere. If I'm going with a salad, no cheese, no bread, no creamy dressings & put the dressing on the side so I control it. It can be done!

I only drink water, order a grilled chicken salad that doesn't have cheese or anything crispy. (just fruit, veggies, and sometimes nuts!) with no dressing/dressing on the side.
