I always work out on weekends! It's the easiest for me to fit in the time, since my husband can look after the baby. Also, we have a lot of active family time on the weekend (going for walks, going to the park, going swimming etc)

I don't really hit the gym, but I am very very active on Saturday, from 6am..I watered my garden (more like farm..it's three sides of my house) picked up dog poop in the backyard( not an easy task, once a week, he is walked but he leaves surprises. lol) gave the dog a bath, walked him, feed him, played ball with him.
made egg whites w/ blueberries for lunch Then I went food shopping, unloaded all the groceries, took out my recycle, cleaned my fridge, cut up a whole celery and onions. Unloaded the washing machine, ate my second meal (in between), hung out the wash, went in search for a clothing item for my mother (she thinks of the craziest things at the craziest times)..and now at 11:50 I am exhausted and need a nap.
I use to work out religiously, 7 days a week..but it just got to be too much, with all the chores
M-F 30minutes to an hour, I'd love to do more, but life kinda gets in the way.

I go to SPIN classes on Saturday and Sunday. I look forward to those classes because I know I can make them... can't guarantee my attendance during the week...

Yes, Saturday and Sundays are my long bike ride days. I rest my legs on Monday. This Sunday I'm running in the Warrior Dash.

I try to workout on on the weekends. But if I don't, I don't fret about it. I do so much physically with veg gardening, weeding flower beds, yard work (we have 10 acres), bike rides, and/or just being outdoors, I get somewhat of a cardio in regardless. I do squats and lunges through the garden and yard. When I carry watering cans, I do curls. I try and be inventive and multi-task!

I sit in a cubicle all week, plus have a one hour commute to work, one way. So I don't take my weekends for granted. I move, move, move!!!!

I work out on the weekends. I walk to our farmers market and I try to do pilates in the evening.

Only if I am training for something. Otherwise, weekends are all family time! But we do run and play a lot.

Absolutely- it kick starts the whole weekend for me- either running or taking a body pump class at the gym.

Yup! Surely do but just a 'recovery' run for 45 minutes on Saturday mornings before breakfast and then it will be be total rest for the body until Monday! I normally feel so well rested by then! :D
