I would like to read about how much a person should be eating. I work out 6 days a week and eat clean and healthy but do not seem to see much for results. How does a person know they are eating enough? What should a days intake consist of?

I would like to Tosca write about the eating clean diet as a vegetarian. I have been a vegetarian for about two years. I eat fish occasionally but I get tired of eating fish but I find it hard to get my protein without eating it.

How about a post regarding the clean foods Tosca uses, how to prep them, self life, how to tell if spoiled. Example 1: what is millet. How do you cook it properly. Can you cook a bunch and save?; Example 2: Flaxseed. How to tell if it is spoiled, her recharged book gives storage info; Example 3: Quinoa. Pre, storage, etc. Basically anything that is not a normal food with specific directions on its package. Stores sell these items but don't know how to use them. This could be a 4 page + article in itself.

Tosca it would be great to have you talk about how to get mentally ready to make the change. By change I mean what helped you determine that it is time to change the way you thought about food , life and your self. It is easy to tell someone this is what you need to eat and do to look good. The most critical part in all of this is what we do to prepare mentally. I struggled with my weight and self esteam but it took a mental change before I could change my behavior. Let us know more about what took place emotionally and metally to prepare for change. Also if you can include how to keep this metality of health and self esteam up when no one else beleives you can keep a new healthy way of life going.Love your work . Thank you

I find the hardest thing for myself is to figure out the right portion sizes, how much of each type of food, and when exactly to eat it. I eat very clean foods, but tend to over eat as a result of not knowing how much food I should load my plate with. Help in this matter would be FABULOUS.

I have been dealing with an eating disorder for almost two years now and the eat-clean diet and Oxygen mentality has been one of the most beneficial pieces of my recovery. Being able to eat to fuel myself and enjoy food again- instead of seeing it as an enemy or "good" and "bad"- has changed my perspective and I am (slowly but surely) on the way to recovery. Have you heard any other stories like mine in your travels? I would love to hear about them because I'm sure this philosophy could help many others like myself appreciate food, exercise, and life in balance!

I am gluten intolerant and also have a corn allergy, This combo pretty much rules out every processed food on the market so I prepare almost everything I eat from scratch. Although I'll find many eat-clean recipes that are gluten free, I will find many that contain corn instead. I would like to see an article discussing substitution options for foods that are common allergens so that I can expand my recipe options for eating clean.
