I made Chicken mealtoaf muffins for snack. Chicken stir fry using tons of veggies and toneitup's peanut sauce recipe along with quinoa. Oatmeal with raspberry and chia seeds. Boiled egg whites and Synergy kombucha with Chia seeds. Whole grain crackers and hummus for worktime snack.

Chicken breast cut up and mixed with brown rice and lentils, cherry tomatoes, and celery - ratatouille with couscous - tuna with celery and tomatoes - and lots of oats with flaxseed!

Quinoa Salad with Corn; Black Bean Salsa made from the cookbook titled "Power Foods". I have made both of these before for a Bunco party and they were hits! They are good and clean at the same time! Vicky D

Big huge spinach salad to accompany your keep it tight tilapia! Whole sweet potato with rosemary, garlic & balsamic grilled chicken! Breakfast is always two eggs over easy with sauteed spinach. I am pregnant so the protein & greens are a must! Besides, I have only gained 5lbs and I am already 15 weeks pregnant! It's because I continue to eat clean with this baby in my belly!!?
