What’s your favorite arm exercise?

dips - I have a serious love/hate relationship with them. They burn, but each time I do more I feel like an allstar.

Hi, Im going to start the eat clean diet, but I dont want to work out with weights, I just want to do cardio, is that enough?? if so should I eat all that proteins even if Im not working out? thanks, Mar

This may sound crazy, but my favorite arm exercises are chins and push-ups. In my opinion they do more for your arm than the isolation exercises.
