I just love a quick blended drink, I put half a banana, about 15 fresh spinach leafs, 1/4 c greek yogurt, and also about 1/4 c. wheat baby cereal with skim milk, ice. Sometimes instead of a banana I use frozen strawberries or blueberries.Great way to get 2 servings of fruit and vegatables.
