Today is the start of the Tour de France! Does it inspire you to get out your bike?

Oh yes! I love biking anyway and watching the Tour makes me want to ride even more!

I love hearing about how many calories those athletes burn and how much they get to eat Lol! That's motivation right there to step up your game!

So everyone get out there and ride like you stole it!!!

Yes it does,

I am not sure how long the Tour de France is, but a great goal is to ride my bike at least 3 to 4 times a week for the months of July and August. This is perfect timing for a change in my cardio routinue over the summer months.

I need a challenge over the summer.

Not really,

When in grade school, I loved bikes and would been riding whenever possible through the neighborhoods with my friends, but now I am currently too overweight to feel comfortable sitting on that tiny seat.

The bike will come out of hibernation once I lose a little more weight.
