This diet is amazing, I have always eaten relatively healthy but since "going clean" I realized that I was not eating enough calories. It's been three months I have more energy and lost 5 of my last stubborn 10 pounds I put on with my last child. The best thing is that my skin has improved to the point where I have stopped using Retin A for the first time in 15 years! :-)

I feel lighter, my skin looks better and I'm not "puffy" all the time any more since I began eating clean.

I don't feel weighed down in the morning--when I eat "dirty" I wake up feeling dirty: puffy and heavy and polluted. But when I eat clean I wake up feeling clean: light, flat somach, nice thin face.

I feel good when I eat clean, if I have a night where I don't eat clean and drink alcohol, I feel horrible for a couple days.

I have a ton more energy! I've only been doing this for about a week or so, but my energy level has risen drastically. No more crash-and-burn at 3 p.m.

I think the major changes I've noticed is increased energy, slimming down, less mood wings and zero sugar cravings. As a long distance runner I use to think that I could eat anything because I burned a ton of calories, but I could never seem to loose weight. Now with only eating clean I've lost weight, gained muscle and my running and health has improved.

I have lost 15 lbs. so far AND kept it off!!! My skin is healthier and my hair and nails are growing really fast. I also don't obsess about food and I don't have cravings like I did in the past with other diets. I know this is a life style change that I can live with and it is easy to follow.

Well, it's only been 3 weeks but the biggest change I find is that I am not constantly feeling bloated. I feel better overall, happier (this could be psychological) and my daughter commented only yesterday on how much better my skin looks! I'm also more committed than ever to exercising much more regularly instead of sporadically. I'm cooking much more often and my whole family is enjoying the tasty recipes and even they've noticed a bit of weight loss in the process: all good stuff here!

I had been pretty much eating clean through most of my adult life, staying lean and healthy, but I gained 25 pounds because of stress and other issues. When I started the Eat-Clean Diet I didn't even try to lose weight, it just came off and is staying off. Of course I have tons of energy, clear skin, healthy teeth etc. as well, but it's really nice to NEVER have to worry about my weight.
