I love working my triceps! I love them feeling hard and toned - it really makes the arms look good, so Skull Crushers are my fav!

The basic chest press. I can tell when I have done them correctly and it makes all the difference in how I feel.

I really enjoy the dumbbell concentration curl. My old favorite is just the biceps curl but my husband got me hooked on the concentration curl. Fast results! Looking forward to hearing about some on here and trying them.
