Ha! What DON'T I put in? LOL! I Love my Monster Loaded Salads! I toss in Kale, Shredded Cabbage, beets, sprouted sunflower seeds, feta, cucumber, tomato, red pepper, carrot, onion or green onion, hemp seed, quinoa, lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, olive & coconut oil, grilled chicken or shrimp or lean grilled beef, or lean grilled pork or a cup of bison chili!
Awesome stuff! :-)

Romaine, spinach, spring mix, green peppers, tomatos, cucumbers and/or other seasonal veggies with some lean protein on top and dressing on the side--I only dip the tines of my fork in the dressing.

Tons of mixed greens, spinach, quinoa with chopped cilantro and onion, black beans, topped with Walnut Acres peach salsa and a spoonful of guacamole. DELICIOUS and rich in protein!

I make a wonderful 7-vegetable salad - pick any 7 veggies, as many different colors as you can - and for the dressing, I use (per serving) 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp cider vinegar, a little bit of garlic, basil, salt and pepper, and 1 hard boiled egg - use a hand blender to make it nice and creamy and smoothe - mix it into the salad and top with some unsalted cashews or sunflower seeds and it's heavenly!

What do I put on my salad? Let's start with spinach. Then I add some spinach. Then, a little spinach. Some sliced strawberries, baked chicken or turkey (nothing added), a little feta cheese, and then some spinach. Did I mention I add spinach? :) And NO DRESSING!
