I go to the gym by myself. Very self motivated to loose 20 lbs. No need for anyone to be a chatty cathy and distract me from my goal.

I work out by myself. I used to work out with my husband, but haven't for a long time. I enjoyed that, but I have no problem pushing myself and setting goals. I don't have to worry about someone not showing up, being late, or having a different schedule than mine. I would enjoy communicating with someone about my workouts and hers/his (say on this web site), but I don't need for the person to be physically there with me to get an awesome workout.

Alone at the ship gym. When I'm in my zone it feels good! There really isn't anyone on board that wants to go to the gym as early as I do (6am) or as committed as me 5-6 days. If I don't make it to the gym I feel guilty on my own.
