I always have bananas and blueberries on hand, and I also keep frozen berries and mango on hand so that I can make a smoothie with them. I try not to keep things like potatoes chips (my weakness) on hand they seam to take possession me. I also try to keep veges on hand also. If I have something to grab that is fast, I will stay on track better.

I always keep fresh fruits and vegetables at all times throughout the year. They are season fresh. Oatmeal, eggs and poultry are also a daily staple at our house.
Water is part of my everyday (since I was 12 years old) I normally drink 2-3 litres a day, plus 1 black coffee and hot water with fresh lemon juice (1/2 a lemon).
