I have been eating clean for four years now, and I love telling everyone about it. I am in a class of 27 nursing students and we have become like family over this past year. I pass along healthy recipes and motivational ideas. In hopes of motivating all of us a little more, I started a "biggest loser" type challenge tonight. We all weighed and measured, and now have 16 weeks (until graduation) to exercise, eat clean and lose those stubborn pounds. I will weigh and measure everyone at the end. and the winner takes home $200! : D

Greetings from Canada! This is my first full day of clean eating, and I have to say that although I feel like I ate lots today, it's the first day in a long time when I wasn't constantly thinking about 'sugar'. I did have a little pang when I finished dinner and thought.... great... no sugar in the house. I thought about it and realized that it was just a habit.... Looking forward to the results.
