I usually add nutmeg and a bit of sea salt and freshly ground pepper, along with sweet peppers, onions, and spinach. Yum!

I scramble them with some ground turkey or Sweet Italian Sausage, some tomatoes and sometimes spinach - yummy. Or sprinkle on Italian seasoning.

I add sweet cut up baked sweet potatoes of all things and some fresh herbs. These can be cooked in the microwave, so I am able to have a great breakfast at work.

Try using Crystal hot sauce - just a few dashes and of course if you have any leftover veggies or just chop up a little tomato and maybe sprinkle a little low fat shredded cheese - yum!!
