My husband. I feel very fortunate that we support one another eating a quality clean diet. Oxygen magazine grocery shopping lists have also been a great tool.

apart from this website and forum my food journal that i completed for 26 weeks gave me an incredibly solid foundation and automated my food, making clean eating and implementing the principles now a natural habit for me.

My husband! He helps me with the dishes when it is 10:00 at night and I am exhausted from working all day and cooking all evening.

Oxygen mag! Full of great workout routines to keep me inspired! All new eat clean recipes each month! Best of all real women with real stories! Like Toscas column in this months issue that talks about her struggles with traveling family and everything else life can throw her way

My cooler. It can follow me to work, out on the fishing boat, and even into town when I know my husband is going to stop at the big, greasy food place.

I fully committed to eating clean on Sunday, but the cooler was a life-saver even when I was just experimenting with the lifestyle.

Being vegetarian I really appreciate Amy's Organic Kitchen frozen meals for lunches. I know they're healthy, organic and clean. Plus I don't have to worry about hidden meat products (i.e. gelatin) because all their meals are vegetarian or vegan.

Always having leftovers by planning big meals! I automatically make double of everything and either freeze it or package it up for the next day's lunches - even before the meal goes on the table. I never have to rush around making stuff in the mornings, just pack my cooler.

That way I have time to fit in exercise in the am and eat breakfast!

Free range hard boiled egg whites! I always keep a dozen on hand to grab for a great fast snack. They are healthy and with tapatia hot sauce so good. My children love them too. Add a piece of fruit and I'm all set.

Having a well-stocked fridge and organized kitchen! This weekend I bought a kitchen island on wheels to add some extra counter and storage space. I also bought a bunch of jars in which to put rice, quinoa, millet, pasta, lentis etc. They are neatly arranged in my cupboards and on my counters. I bought a beautiful new sauce pan and a large wok with a cover. My fridge is filled with healthy food and I'm all set up to cook great and healthy meals!

PLANNING AHEAD & PACKING A DAY'S WORTH OF FOOD! I work full time & host many lunches during the week filled with Pizza, Lasagna & Mexican food, if I don't start the day by eating ENOUGH clean food, I cheat. It as simple as that.

Anytime I add excersise or MORE excersise I seem to stay on track better! I think about the things people can not do and I do it for them through me.
