Have you achieved the goals you set out at the beginning of the month? Why or why not?

Yes. I set out to reduce sugar,bread,and dairy. At the same time I became a TRX group instructor at our local rec center. I had never taught a group but loved the TRX suspension trainer and wanted to bring it to our small town. The classes have been a hit and are going super. Proud of myself for sticking with it and doing something out of my comfort zone :(
