Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice. Has a little tange to it but great over dark green lettuce or spinach, vegies, and any kind of meat.

I haven't tried the yogurt and ranch mix - but it sounds wonderful. I usually use oil and vinegar.

I like to use Red Wine Vinegar, Sea Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder. Very simple, easy and cheap! I may add a drizzle of EVOO, depends on whether my main dish has any fat or not.

I love non-fat plain greek yogurt with some of the ranch dressing spice packet mixed in!

Balsmic vinegar with a dash of dried basil. I prefer to cut out all fat, but a little olive oil is excellent if you can't handle the straight vinegar.
