I love most of them and am completely addicted!! I love the class environment and have made many friends from the experience. My personal favourites are Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Attack and Spinning.

Not one for group classes. They always make me feel inadequate.

Add me to the list of people who are not fans of group classes. I find them to be the same thing over and over, even though they try to change it up periodically. It's still the same steps, just in a different order. I just get bored. So you will find me on the gym floor 98% of the time.

However, when I do go to a class, it's usually a BodyPump class. My gym has a fantastic BodyPump instructor on MWF mornings at 8:30, which is about the time I usually get to the gym anyway. I also enjoy BodyCombat classes, until I get a glimpse of myself in the mirror. The instructor always looks so cool, and then I feel like I look that way, until I catch a glimpse of myself, and I realize that, yep, I still look like a dork! LOL!

I have never taken any classes but have always wanted to. They can be very intimidating! FINALLY, today at 6:15 I am going to a Martial Arts school to try out a cardio kickboxing class and I am VERY excited but VERY nervous...Wish me luck : )

I don't go to a gym and therefore don't take fitness classes, but I do DVD's for my form of workouts.

Love doing kickboxing and yoga.

A great from of a workout in your own home and time management !!

Enjoy your day!

SPINNING!!! I have a love/hate relationship with this class... I've never really been a big fan of biking, but I also have yet to find a class other than spinning that makes me push WAY past my comfort threshold. I've been doing it 3x's a week for about 3 weeks now. It's the best cardio/leg burn I've ever gotten.

My favorite group workout class is BodyPump. I go on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 and the class is taught by the best instructor (Gretchen). Over the past year that I've been taking the class, Gretchen has become my friend, so she knows my goals and my motivations. The class makes me feel strong and vibrant; Gretchen makes me feel confident and successful. A good instructor can make even the worst class better; a great instructor and a great class? Priceless!

They're not as popular as they once were, but a cardio step class! I'm actually pretty good at hand-eye coordination!

I'm not a big class person, but the only class I've ever really enjoyed was boxing. Good workout and I don't have to be too coordinated (which is good, because I"m not!)
