My goal for this month is to establish an exercise program and stick to it 3-6 days per week. Another goal is to drink more water. Losing 5-10 pounds will be a big bonus!

I am finding out tomorrow if I have to have another surgery for my back. I had a 2 level fusion last year, the bone graph for it disappeared. The surgeon is very puzzled. Eating clean is the only way I have been able to try and keep my weight low and lose any weight. I am currently at 165, down from 192 four months ago. But I am limited on what I can and can't do. I can only lift 20 pds and stand for 20 minutes, Sitting is harder I can only sit for 15 to 20 minutes before my butt is asleep.
My daughter is a model at 16 years old and 5ft 9 in without heels. She has a trip to LA in august for her agency, she has to lose 15 pds for. I told her eating clean and exercising is going to be her best bet. She tends to eat alot of carbs unless I cook for her. My youngest is 11 and he out weighs me. When I make theses meals they don't even know they are eating healthy. So I am going to make a more conscious effort to cook more for them. This is as much for them as it is for me.

My goal is to lose my gut or at least 5 lbs this month. I also need to cut back on my alcohol consumption even though i hear red wine is great for you. It doesn't seem to be my friend at the moment!

I have been fighting the cholesterol/weight/high blood sugar issue for far too long. My Dr. has been encouraging a lifestyle change to get me off the prescription medications and it's time to get serious! I am 40 lbs overweight and feel sluggish most of the time.

My goals are:
1) Lose at least 10 lbs by the end of the year (I NEED to start a food journal!)
2) Shop more frequently for fresh produce
3) Prepare and eat clean foods more frequently during the day
4) Increase my activity levels

I just received a cholesterol screen results back from my Dr. after months of feeling sluggish and overweight. They were not good. Neither was my weight.
Time to set some goals!

1) Lower Cholesterol to under 200 in 6 months
2) Lose 20 pounds by the end of 2011
3) Register and run another half marathon in 2012
4) Stop drinking....maybe a reward glass of wine here and there, but none until 2012

My goal is to workout 3 days a week for the next 2 weeks. I have a hard time staying committed to work. The eating clean is not a problem to commit too because I have last 27 pounds but I can't stay on a workout program. The next 2 weeks increase to 4 days. I need support to stay focused.

(I've been off track lately and I find writing helps me keep my goals in check)

I am making my goals slightly shorter term than for the whole month. I have been having a very hard time kicking my sugar habit and have decided to make my goals short term and have success in baby steps.
1) Stop eating sugar immediately!!
2) Replace my other not so clean snacks with clean snacks.
3) Make it back to the gym at least 4 times in this week.

I am having a hard time right now with not slipping back into the old ways of eating whatever I so desire. So my goals are for this week:
1.) Go home tonight and drink zero "0", big goose egg of alchol, try water or tea instead - much more relaxing.
2.) Get out my oxygen mags and find a workout for tomorrow morning. And stick to it. - Get out my inspiration pictures and really get motivated.
3.) Go to the grocery store on Sunday and pick out the freshest and healthiest goodies in the produce dept. to feed and keep me heathy and strong.
