I just started this about 4 days ago, feel okay but haven't lost anything yet. When do people start seeing results? I keep thinking that I'm doing it wrong

I'm keeping a workout journal and I get such a sense of accomplishment when I look back and see that I am able to do more reps or have better form, etc etc.. I have concrete proof of how I'm improving and that keeps me motivated for the next workout. Also, I notice I sleep better on days that I work out. I'm often up in the middle of the night, but on workout days, I'll sleep right through the night. Better sleep definite helps give me energy throughout the day too.

besides the energy it gives me i feel such a sense of pride in that I am doing this! I haven't been very active in the past and as each month goes by and i slowly build stamina i am feeling strong and confident... and not just a little bit proud of my self!
