My scrubs were red today! Awesome and didnt even know it! Im taking a break from studying and as of right now Im reading on "medical nutrition therapy in cardiovascular disease." Random! The heart is so important in many ways. Let us always be happy and smiling, the heart loves it!

Yes, I wore red today! I work for a large state department and some of us got together in our lobby and had a group photo taken. Keep on Eating Clean!

I have on my red shirt! Women should be concerned about heart disease and stroke just as much as breast cancer.

Yes I will. We forget that more women die from heart and stroke than anything else. Clean eating keeps our whole body healthy.
