Well My Wife and I are just starting tomorrow and we're going for 8 weeks......
Her birth day is in October and we want to go party in Vegas but for that we both want to be FIT.

We're aiming for about 20 lbs. + each...We were both Star athletes back in high school but Life happens and we let ourselves go a little.

So August we're going to take you by the horn one week at a Time...

We were doing the right work outs but not eating the right way.

As of Tomorrow we're going to Eat clean and journal about it on a daily basis.

We ask for your support and motivation and also if you have any suggestions for us as in what to eat and when to eat we would really appreciate it.

Break my plateau!! I have been there for a while and am not sure what I need to do. I will ramp up the intensity of my workouts, change them out for variety, review my eat clean diet for anything I can tweak to make it better. I am also preparing for a 1/2 marathon at age 45. Whew! I am excited about this and really hope this will help me break the plateau. I also do weights and bootcamp class at least 2x/week.

First week of this month I am doing Cooler 1 for two reasons:
1.) hoping to jump start my system as I have hit a plateau
2.) make sure I'm really eating as clean as I ought to

Am also committing to doing P90X daily.
Hopes this works.

I'm 90% through the Eat Clean Diet Recharged book, and I went out and bought a bunch of clean foods to start on the new lifestyle! Now I've got to plan out my meals for the week and cook them today so I won't have any excuses (or as my Pastor calls them: a reason wrapped in a lie...lol) to eat dirty. I've also got to plan my workouts for the week. I'm so excited! =D

My goal is to begin "eating like a body builder" for the next 20 days. I am telling everyone willing to listen because having that accountability will get me through it. At each meal I will have a lean protein and a green fibrous veggie or a low glycemic starch. To learn more about the cut check out www.thegetinshapegirl.com

My goal for August is to make it through one week at a time. I am starting with small goals. One week of eating clean, and then start over the next week.

I want to make it to the gym 4-5 days a week without skipping it and I want to get my planned cooking down to an art so that I have food all week, so there is no reason to slip and eat dirty :)

I have taken about 2 weeks off from working out. Still eating clean, but just needed time to regroup. I am going to be back in the gym this next week and hope to take my eating clean to another level.

I have taken all stress out of my life and emptied my plate. Time to focus on what I want and not who needs something from me next. It's time to put myself first.!! Thanks to your Eat Clean Diet books, this is possible.

Month of August will really be tricky for me because I will be helping my hubsband out with his business. It's been a while since I've done so and in the past when I did, I was not eating clean and was not training as hard or hardly at all. ( That was a few years ago.:)) )
But now, I'm very determined to continue to train hard and to eat clean. ( I'm packing my meals along with me, eventhough my husband is into the food business. :)) ) It will be tough but we'll make it work! :))
