I sit in my "zen" room and cuddle with my kids, listen to all the wonderful stories they have to tell me, look at their beautiful faces and just smother them with hugs and kisses :))

Take the dog for a walk, stretch and draw a bath with lavender salts. Put Enya (or other soft music) on the CD player and crawl in the tub with a big glass of water with lemon and mint in an acrylic wine glass. Oh... don't forget the scented candles, lavender of course.

At the end of a stressful day I like to play with me dog! She is always happy to see me and can always put a smile on my face!

At the end of a stressful day, a glass of red wine and the company of my closest friends helps me relax and forget about whatever it was that was bothering me.
