I try sticking to all the fresh stuff! For example, the fruit & veggie trays...maybe a couple of crackers...but minus all the dipping sauces.

We are going to be having a BBQ at work in a few weeks. Interesting enough, the first two side dishes offered to go along with the Texas BBQ and pulled pork was clean dishes offered up by myself and a co-worker who is also eating clean. So we can at least help other along without their knowing and we have something to nosh on.

If there were not any healthy choices, I would just eat a little of what was offered. Drink plenty of water!! Really would not want to offend anyone, I would not make a big deal out of it because I will be eating clean the next morning anyway!!

I think wearing something that is form fitting always helps. Keeps me "body aware"!

If I know ahead of time that healthy options will not be available, I typically eat at home(big salad w/Salmon or chicken). I always offer to bring a main dish - something out of Clean Eating magazine.

Hmm... I think I would consume something clean at home before hand so that I would not be that hungry in the first place. When I'm at the party, I'll pick and eat stuff that is clean mostly just protein, fruits and vegetables. No gravies or sauces and have water as a drink. :))
It's always within your control what you want to consume.
Be firm but polite.:))
