Lots of clean, creative ingredients - whatever I have on hand: oats, buckwheat groats, sunflower seeds, millet, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, nut butters, cinnamon, nutmeg, chia seeds, raisins, berries, coconut, molasses, flax seeds, cashews, almonds... possibilities are endless! I love oatmeal!

I like to us half whole oats and half oat bran, add water, cook in microwave. In a separate bowl I mix 1 scoop blueberry protein powder, ground flax, wheatgerm and just enough fat free milk to combine mixture (you can't microwave protein powder or it gets a funny texture). Once my cereal is done I mix the two together and it makes for a rich smooth taste without anything bad!! I actually crave this!

I recently made Cashew Oat Milk with cinnamon & agave. It is an AMAZING alternative to the daily oatmeal grind. I use it in coffee and plain, YUM.
I found the recipe online at www.joythebaker.com.

I mix in whatever fruit I happen to have on hand. Berries, kiwis, mango, you name it!

This week, it's been steel cut oats, chopped apple & cinnamon.

There are about a 100 different flavours of organic, baby food with with very little sugar. I use a tablespoon or so of one or you can mix and match. i have also added a little sugar free crystal light there's lots of flavours in that as well.

In my magic bullet I blend half a cup of oatmeal, half a cup of egg whites, cinnamon, a splash of vanilla and then cook like a pancake. I top it with a little natural peanut butter. Sometimes I add half a banana or some shredded apple before blending. A delicious and healthy plate full of pancakes any day of the week!

Love Love this new thing I am doing with my OATMEAL!

I use a small container with a lid.
Put 1/2 cup of (raw) whole oates with cinnamon and stevia (just a lil) then add just enough unsweeted almond milk to almost cover the oats.
Cover and place in the fridge over night.
The next morning its chilled and the oates have had time to soften and soak.
Stir it up and ENJOY!

I add 1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder, ground flax seed, 1 egg white, stevia, raisins, some chopped dried apricots, a tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil , a teaspoon of unsalted organic nut butter(peanut, almond or even sesame), a heaping teaspoon of good cocoa powder. The last thing I add is some almond milk. I stir it all up and cook it in the microwave. I divide it in two servings one before I exercise and the other half after. For additional variety I add some nuts and seeds(my favorite is sunflower) instead of the nut butter along with some chopped apple or a handful of berries! Good eating!
