This might suprise you but i have been going to belly dnacing once a week for a few months now. There 5-6 belly moves they have in this dnace and thsye really help to melt the fat and make core strong. Best thing about them you can do them anywhere anytime. First oen is you lower belly out compeltly and in. Practice these at 3 diffrent speeds. than your upper belly same thing. Once you perfect those than roll the belly up and down all day long. remember hips and chest are not moving if they are you are doing it wrong...Best of luck...

I think it is called the Captain's Chair, where you lift your knees to your chest (or in my case to my hips!) while holding yourself up off the ground. It hits my abs, especially my lower abs. I'm always sore after.

I think it's called The Spiderman? From Plank position pull your right knee into your right shoulder- hold one second then using your core bring it through to your left elbo then back to plank. Repeat on right side. This is killer for obliques and core strength. I try to do 3 sets of 8-10 reps each side.
