so far I lost 15 pounds eating clean! in the book when Tosca says to go back to eating your old, processed foods and see how you feel. OMG I felt horrible! I was in a bad mood all day and didn't have the energy to go to the gym that night. the next day I was back on track

I'm learning that if I'm having a bad day and I choose unclean foods, it makes a bad day worse!!

Today, this week actually, was pretty bad between a neck injury keeping me out of the gym and a nice bout of food poisoning. But this morning I got up early, had an omellette, went to the gym, and got the groceries that were on sale. I made the Chicken Piccata just now and it's pretty good! I have to do good things for me, and that's the most important; that's what gets me in a better mood!

When I am having a bad day I just think about how terrible I would feel if I eat bad foods and how it would take me farther away from my goals-something I don't want to do!

My 2 friends at work..Lisa & Danielle..Lisa has been doing ECD for a few months now and looks Amazing she has lost almost 40LBS(yaay)!! Both of their positive attitudes and inspiration for a healthier life helps keeps me motivated and staying on track. I remind myself how much worse my day would be if I didn't stay on track with the ECD, to the extent that it's currently possible for me to do. So far, it seems to be working.

I am most definitely inspired by the other women in the eat clean community. I think about women all over the world getting up early to exercise, at night getting their meals ready for the next day & working out.....they remind me I am not alone.
