September is almost here! What are your goals for the next month?

To lose 6 pounds the EC way, add some freasher veggies from the farmers market and try some new EC receipes!

My goal for the next month is to become comfortable and familiar with eating clean. I need to lose some body fat....so am hoping I will see a change with both the EC and have also starting TRX training into my workouts!!!

I would like to tone up any extra fat I have hangin' around, and get my mile time below 10 minutes (haha).
