I decorated graves at the cemetery (love you Dad, US Army WW II with 2 Bronze Stars! My hero!), went on a lovely long walk on this beautiful day, attended an outdoor Memorial Day service, planted flowers, then enjoyed a picnic...
grilled lean sirloin, Greek salad, Waldorf salad from the 1st Eat-Clean Diet book,
clean crab salad made w/yogurt cheese (my recipe), and lovely fresh fruit salad with lots of strawberries! Fab-tastic and oh so clean!! I love my salads... never get tired of them.

Called my Dad to thank him for his service to Our Country, then worked out, had fabulous breakfast, Ezekelial (sp?) bread with tons of spinach, egg whites and tomatoes, bowl of blueberries, papaya and raspberries.

Well for me it's a regular day. My kids had to make up a snow day today so what I'm doing to commemorate memorial day is to spend atleast 2 hour in the gym, then go home and make out my menu for the week. I will then cook dinner prio to the kids getting back from school. I will walk my dog and then make my way to getting my school. I will then take the kids to see the memorialsday parade
