I light scented candles to chill out & make time to read. I also make sure I do vigorous cardio which really helps me stay positive. Nothing seems so bad after a big workout.

I've taken on the challenge of doing atleast 10 mins of meditation every morning and just allow myself that time to reflect on all the positive things that surrond me. When im ready to start the day I'm more thankful for the good food i put in my body and my workouts are stronger! Appreciate all that you have!

Choose to make it a priority that during a stressful busy week that you make the time to honor yourself and recognize the good things you think, do and live by daily that empower and strengthen your body mind and soul.
Choosing to eat clean, choosing to move, choosing to be kind to yourself and others are all weapons against stress.
Learn the art of dis-attachment, attach yourself less to others thoughts, views, opinions, attach yourself less to material objects and focus more on a clam mind and being content where you are with what you have right now.
