2011 is the year to finish what I started in 2010. I did drop 40 pounds but put back 14. I lost weight but had not changed my mindset to keep myself healthy, hydrated and motivated to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

These are my goals for 2011.
To not jump ship on myself anymore and live comfortable in my own body.
To maintain a weight between 155-160 and firm up and strengthen my body.
To laugh everyday and remember That Life Is Good.

Does anyone live near Kirkland, Washington? I'm looking for a walking partner either in person or sharing our walks online.

I ordered the books and exercise book tonight. It should come in a week. Yippeee!

I am changing by looking at food as fuel and not rewards, I have never had a problem working out, I love to run and do weight training but in the past I have been working out to eat, and always frustrated with not seeing the results I felt I should, I am learning with ECD how important it is to watch what I put in my body!

FOCUS!

I will buckle down and focus. I will hold myself accountable for my health and financial goals. I will review them monthly and make sure I am staying on track if not adjustments will be made. I will make positive changes and not punish myself when I have an off day.

I will change how I see my goals. If something does not take me towards my goals, then it will not be done. I will work my lifestyle to achieve all of the goals that I have for this year.

this year my main focus is to stop all the negative habits i have accumulated in 2010!!!! and make 2011 my year for good habits!!!!
this includes: stop my boozing and partying, start working the bag again, and stop gorging on junk food.

This year my challenge is to prepare eat clean recipes for the whole week that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as in between snacks. I also plan to pencil in my agenda workouts 3x a week which includes swimming, walking my dog, workout videos in my home gym and plan to take a zumba class with friends. I fear my biggest challenge will be eating at my mother in law's house, she loves to fill the table with comfort foods and sweets. The change I will make towards that challenge will be inviting her over instead!! ;)))

I'm going to use a journal this year. I'm also making a chart to track my workouts. I've done that in the past, it's interesting to watch the workout miles/minutes, etc ramp up the more fit you become.

i am breaking my goals down into specific actions so that i have a specific plan to reach them. I am making a vision board so that i can have my goals insight every day. i too am much more successful if i write things down, especially in list form that i can cross things off of... nothing is as satisfying as accomplishing things on the list. Happy New Year fellow Cleanies!

I will write down goals and how to achieve them. I am more successful when I have my goals in black and white
