I never go anywhere without some snacks (fruit, almonds, carrot sticks) just in case my appointments or meetings are going to take longer than they should. I never want to be caught ravenous and wanting to eat anything. I also always reach for water FIRST. That will buy me time if I ever find myself in a bind!

Water, Water, Water. Prep, Prep, Prep. I also keep my daily intake logged in to keep track of my calories and make sure I'm eating enough...

Being conciously aware of everything I eat, and pre-planning. I drink a gallon of water a day-I go NOWHERE without my water. I never go anywhere hungry. If I do I always have fresh veggies/almonds/or other clean eats with me. Food is fuel and I choose to fuel with premium! I also consider what kind of cardio/activity I have done or plan to do that day. I factor this into my food decisions so that I am sure not to over or under eat.

I drink lots of water! Also plan out my meals. I have found when I don't I just start grabbing for things I shouldn't be eating. Still learning and I know I need to eat a lot more protien!

Water! Water! Water!
I also like to wake up early and do a workout which starts my day in the right mentality for the rest of the day.

I make sure to pack that cooler with clean foods and make sure I eat every 3 hours or so, and get protein and healthy fat in... that way, less likely to crave the "unclean" stuff and sugar... Current faves: apple with almonds, raisins with fat free plain Greek yogurt, and chicken breast or egg whites with fresh veggies raw or lightly steamed. Drink that water too! It really does make a huge difference.
