Find a reason why you want to do this, whatever it is that will kickstart your fire and determination and attach all your feeling and emotion to that goal. Really believe that you can do it and make sure that you really want that goal.

Some days you will have friends and family who will tempt you because they A) do not understand why you're doing it and B) are insecure about themselves. It is going to be difficult and you may fall back into their ways. My trick is to pinch my stomach or flex my abs and remember how hard I have worked to get where I am and their pizza will not sabotage my hard work! Remember if you do slip up, you can get right back on track! Slipping is not the end of the world and does not have to be the end of your new life style.

Hi, some advice is baby steps, research everything there is to know about it.Take on the journey to clean eating as the most exciting step in life, because once you have started and you feel alive again you will never want to not Clean Eat!

A huge plus of this diet is that you will not go hungry. No calorie counting here. Because you aren't starving yourself it's easier to make good food choices. And if you're packing your cooler everyday you'll never have to ask yourself, what will I have for lunch and then make a mistake during that meal. I've only been using this diet for seven days now, and I've already lost five pounds! I have more energy and find myself doing the things around the house I've been putting off because I was too tired after work or still not awake in the mornings. I'm also happier than I've been in a long time. Being proactive and not feeling deprived and hungry makes this diet the best I've ever tried. I'm making weekend plans on Monday and I know that I'll still be full of energy by the time Friday comes. You'll find success on this diet too! I know it. :-)

Really think about how you want to start....believe and trust that you can do this. It is just food, get mad that you have let it control you in the past and then break the cycle! You deserve it! We all do. Then, try to quit cold turkey for at least 3 days. If you can do it for those 3 days, chances are you won't go back! Good luck!
