Fire Hydrant Figure 8's - basically drawing a big figure 8 with your knee. Really works the upper glutes!

The BOSU. Combining squats with bicep curls & the woodchop. It gets really challenging with the round side down. My abs feel so flat after.

I use the Wii Biggest Loser game or my cardio and I love what the call woodchppers.
