My favourite snack!

1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional).

Stir it together and you have the perfect snack! Almost tastes like cheesecake.

Throw a bunch of organic baby spinach in a bowl, mix in tomatoes, green onions, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, half an avocado (diced), and 4oz diced chicken breast (leftover in the fridge), topped with your fav Eat Clean dressing and yummers. ENJOY
