Yes, it is great and just a little makes so much, I may start to make it to have for breakfast in place of cold cereal with I am no longer a fan of.

Yes, all the time! It has such a different texture, stronger flavour and more protein than brown rice so it's great to switch it up. I often sprinkle cumin, paprika, ginger, cinnamon and coriander on it...and maybe cayenne pepper if i'm feeling a kick!

I use it all the time in place of rice or as a cold salad with cucumber, tomato, red onion, basil, olives and an oil and vinegar dressing.

This winter I added it to my soups instead of noodles, and this week I'll be making up the lentil and quinoa recipe I saw in oxygen mag...can't wait to try it!
