I am not a personal trainer, and have no desire to be one!

I do coach on a casual basics strictly for the love of the sport. Coach running everything from learn to run to the marathon distance.

This would be the perfect job!

I became a Personal Trainer because I love to educate clients/friends to love who they are!! I train to inspire and change lifestyles not just for my clients, but for the entire family.

I became a personal trainer because of my own journey and my overwhelming desire to motivate individuals to succeed... The thrill of seeing clients reach and exceed their goals is just awesome!!!!

I am a personal trainer! I became one because I enjoy working out and I enjoy helping people feel better about themselves.
