I am constantly looking for new recipies and making them my own. I love adding my favorite fruits to my breakfasts and desserts. I also love heading to my local whole foods and trying out differents fruits and veggies as well as trying out new snacks. I have been on the eat clean lifestyle for a couple years now and have never got bored.

This is all new to me. I recently heard a friend talk about clean eating and I seen the results she had, so ofcourse I wanted to try it. I work out at least 4-5 times a week and I thought I was eating healthy but after reading the book I am so far from it. I am 41 yrs old, I dont want to look or feel it!
So here I go...:)

I am brand new to the Clean diet, so everything is new and exciting! I have always eaten very healthy food, but with still much 'junk' and alcohol tossed in. Things they are a changin'!!
