My goal is to lost 16 lbs or more in June and to fit into my wedding dress. My goal for the summer is to keep up my workout schedule and spent more time out doors.

My goals are to be prepared and always have clean foods handy, get my cardio in 5 days a week and my strength and flexibility training 2-3 days a week.
I sometimes have trouble remembering to get all the water in so I am making a concerted effort to do that. I am in "fitness" body fat range which is amazing for this ex-couch potato, but I'd be so tickled to get into "athlete" range!

I want to stay committed to this as a lifestyle change and not a diet and keep exercising even when it is so hard with my kid's schedules. I would like to loose 10 pounds this month.

My goals for June...to be in that bikini by July 4th! Train hard, and eat clean every single day. I"m starting the Eat Clean Recharged plan for 2 weeks to get a jump start!! Then move to Stripped for the next 2 weeks. I think this will enable me to tighten up and lose the last 10 lbs quickly! thoughts?

I started eating clean in February and was very happy with how I felt and with my weight loss but had some personal setbacks that derailed me. I re-started eating clean last Wednesday (5/25) and have already lost 7 pounds. By the end of June I hope to have lost 20 pounds and to have improved my workouts. By the end of July I hope to have lost 40 pounds; by the end of the summer I hope to have lost 50 pounds and to feel less self-conscious on a planned vacation. More importantly, I hope that by the end of the summer I have reversed some pre-diabetes symptoms for good. I have a family history of macular degeneration and now have early signs that it is developing in one eye; by eating clean I know I can control the progression of that disease.

Tomorrow, June 1, I plan to recommit to the eat clean lifestyle. With owrk pressures I left myself get off track. I stopped drinking the amount of water I needed and allowed myself to buy way too many convenience foods. It shows so I am back on track. Headed home to workout and tomorrow I will bring my workout clothes to the office and I will get pumped.

Would love to have more energy for the summer. Need to lose some newly acquired tummy fat and my biceps are in terrible shape! Will not wear short sleeves around anyone.

I will avoid alcohol. For me this is the hardest thing to do in the summer, but this year I'll make it (except for my Bday, which is this Weekend!!) But after that no more alcohol. I'll also keep my training as had as now even with the warm temperature.

My goals for the summer are to add more cardio to my workout routine, and abstain from alcohol. Having fun with friends has lead me to drink too much for too long. I will say that if I wish, I may have a drink on my 32nd birthday at the end of July, but that is really it. Alcohol has hindered my diet/exercise progress for too long, so this is a huge goal for me! Also, with cardio, I may not do enough to burn fat, so that's my other goal to chizzle away at this fat!

Today is my birthday so I am setting goals for this new birthday year! More exercise, more positive outlook more of the time, more prep and much more exploration of interesting foods and recipes. The more I try, the more options I have to choose from. This is going to be a great year!

I am committing myself to eat clean for a whole month. I wanted to say summer, but I do better when I work with small steps. My ultimate goal is to get the whole family to eat clean.
