I go shopping by myself now, my husband and son used to come with me but my husband is addicted to cookies and has a hard time just passing them by lol, so now i go alone and he is cookie free for about 3 weeks now. we also workout together here at home in our mini fitness room and my son takes martial arts and jumps on his trampoline daily. we take our 3 dogs for bike rides or walks or i jog with one of them.

I am single and cook only for myself, however I like to share what I have learned about Clean Eating with my sister and parents as well as friends. Last year for our family vacation, I challenged my sister and father to join me in running a half marathon (mom cheered us on). Although my father run's daily, he had never trained for a 13.1-mile race. We ran the entire race together, crossing the finish line arm-in-arm. It was fantastic! Next week my family is gathering again for our annual vacation where we will celebrate my mom's birthday. This year my sister and I have prepared a "Wellness Basket" as a gift for mom. This includes a copy of "The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook 2," a Spa Finder gift card, the latest copy of Clean Eating Magazine and much more! In addition, my sister & I plan to prepare a fabulous clean dinner (and dessert) for all us! Sharing tips, recipes, strategies and so forth with my family makes vacations so much more enjoyable! Now we're all eating clean and feeling fit!

EDUCATE! I try to pass on as much information as possible regarding diet and exercise. A recent conversation with my 21 year old daughter resulted in a lot laughs. I was mentioning that the more colorful the food on your plate, the more nutritious... her comment: "all the more reason to eat Froot Loops"!
