I have been doing yoga for nearly 9 years and I love it! It centers me, keeps me peaceful and tranquil and makes me strong. What a great workout!
Thanks to eating clean and yoga ... I try to practice at least hrs a week... I now have muscle definition I've never seen before!

I love it!! It's helped so much with range of motion, and general flexibility! Where weight lifting shortens muscle, yoga lengthens it - a perfect synergy! :-)
Love it!!

I havnt been doing yoga lately, but I LOVE it and need to get back into it once a week. I like to do it on my rest days. I usually do a hatha class. What I like about it is that I find that it creates balance for me. In yoga, I realize where my weaknesses are and then when i hit the weights I try and balance out my weaker areas. But the BEST part of yoga, is the "yoga high" i get when Im done. I feel weightless and inspired and always leave having a greater appreciation for my body and the the world around me.

This is so funny just yesterday I bought a yoga DVD and tried it last night. It was an hour long but I loved it! I was kinda suprised how flexible I am in some ways and in some ways I need alot of work - so its just what I need!

Yes! I love it! Yoga has benefited me so much more than I anticipated: balance, strength, flexibility.... the stretching and holding the poses is great for getting that oxygen you need to your muscles!

Yes! I've been doing ashtanga for 8 weeks about 2x a week when I'm not weight training and I've noticed a lot of improvement with my balance and flexibility.

LOVE yoga, especially vinyasa! Love the stretching, focus and balance I get from my practice.
