Mostly. The days around Thanksgiving didn't go well for me. But since then and approaching Christmas I have been better. I've allowed myself a few treats here and there. All my other meals are planned clean. My biggest problem is overeating on the actual Holiday when you are socializing with family.

For the most part I have. There has been alot of treats going around the office and I have treated myself to a couple pieces of dark chocolate this week. Other than that I am staying right on track!
